All theoretical knowledge and practical skills that I receive on this course, including Maharishi Ayur-Veda Pulse Diagnosis, is solely for my own use and for application in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in my health care practice.

Course Materials
Course materials that are subject to copyright, including the course handouts and the comprehensive syllabus,may only be used for my own personal education, and will not be copied or published unless with written permission from Maharishi Ayur-Veda Association of America (MAAA).

I also agree not to download any audio or video materials in the online course section and agree not to share my user name and password with any other individual or organization.

Trademarks
The terms "Maharishi Ayur-Veda" and "Transcendental Meditation" are registered trademarks licensed to Maharishi Vedic Educational Development Corporation (MVED), a non-profit educational organization. These trademarks may be used by me to refer to the body of knowledge that I learn on this course. MVED reserves the right to revoke this permission if these trademarked terms are misused.

Teaching Maharishi Ayur-Veda
This course is not intended to train me to teach the detailed knowledge of Maharishi Ayur-Veda or to write articles or books on this subject. Therefore, I will refrain from such activities, unless approved in writing by MAAA. Upon completing the full training program as a Maharishi Ayur-Veda practitioner, I will be eligible to attend a faculty training course to become an approved teacher of Maharishi Ayur-Veda under the auspices of MAAA.
